How old must I be to work at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari?
You must be at least 14 years old to apply to work at the parks. Many positions have additional age requirements; for example you must be at least 15 years old to be a lifeguard and at least 16 years old to be a ride operator or slide attendant. I want to be a lifeguard...do I need to be certified ahead of time?
No, we completely train all of our lifeguards.
I'm an adult with a full-time job but would like to pick up some weekend hours. Do you hire part-time seasonal help?
Sure! We're looking for friendly people of all ages to work at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. If you can only work weekends, be sure to include that information on your job application.

Over the past several years, Holiday World & Splashin' Safari have contributed more than $85,000 to non-profits whose members have volunteered to work at the parks in return for a donation.
